中医治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期(AECOPD)的临床研究概况

Clinical Review on TCM Treating AECOPD

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者平均每年会出现1~3次慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期(acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)。AECOPD发作次数是COPD患者自然病程中的的重要事件,具有呈反复发作、进行性加重并具有高致残率与致死率的特点。中医学认为本病本虚标实,而急性加重期尤以标实为主。综述了近5年中医药治疗AECOPD的研究进展,发现中医药治疗AECOPD在改善临床症状和缩短疗程方面具有显著效果,不良反应小。在西医常规治疗的基础上,结合中药汤剂,或者采用穴位敷贴、穴位注射、中药雾化等外治法治疗,或内外综合治疗,其临床疗效及安全性均得到了临床认证。

Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） will have one to thine times of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD） every year. The times of AECOPD are an important event in the natural course of COPD patients. It is characterized by repeated attacks, progressive exacerbations, and high morbidity and mortality. TCM believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality, and the acute exacerbation is mainly based on excess in superficiality. This study reviewed the recent research progress of TCM treating AECOPD in the past five years. It found out TCM has the advantages in improving clinical symptoms and shortening the treatment course in the treatment of AECOPD with its obvious effect and less adverse reactions. The clinical efficacy and safety of TCM therapies, such as TCM decoctions, acupoint application, acupoint injection, and TCM aerosol inhalation, based on western medications, have been proved by clinical practice.
