安钢IF钢碳含量过程控制工艺优化与实践

摘要 IF钢因具有较高的附加值,近些年得到广泛应用,市场前景看好。安钢第二炼轧厂在开发和生产IF钢过程中,通过对各工序碳含量控制工艺进行研究,最终确定了主要工艺技术参数和改进措施,实现了碳含量≤0.003%的稳定性控制目标。 IF steel has been widely applied in the recent years with good market prospect and high added value. In the course of IF steel development and production, Angang No. 2 Steelmaking and Rolling Plant determines the major technological parameters and improvement measures, achieves the stability control of C ≤0.003% by studying the car- bon content control process of each working procedure.
