环渤海地区对外直接投资对出口技术复杂度的影响

The Impact of Outward Foreign Direct Investment on Export Technological Sophistication in Bohai Rim

基于2004—2015年环渤海地区的出口数据,测算了环渤海地区出口技术复杂度,并用面板数据模型就环渤海地区对外直接投资对出口技术复杂度的影响开展实证分析。研究结果表明:对外直接投资对环渤海地区出口技术复杂度有显著促进作用,进一步分析发现对外直接投资对资本密集型产业有显著促进作用,而对劳动密集型产业呈负向影响。此外,固定资产投资、人力资本、相关产业支持、研发经费内部支出、基础设施以及贸易开放度能够显著影响该地区的出口技术复杂度,但不同产业所受影响存在差异。基于分析结论,对环渤海地区提升出口技术复杂度提出针对性政策建议。

Based on the export data of Bohai Rim from2004 to 2015,the calculation of the export technological sophistication has been preceded.With the help of panel data model,the empirical analysis of the impact of OFDI on the export technological sophistication in the Bohai Rim has been made.The results show that OFDI plays a significant role in promoting export technological sophistication in the Bohai Rim,and further analysis shows that OFDI leads a supporting role in export technological sophistication of capital-intensive industries,while accompanied with a negative impact on labor-intensive industries.In addition,investment in fixed assets,human capital,related industries support,internal RD expenditure,infrastructure and trade openness have a significant impact on export technological sophistication in the Bohai Rim while affects differ from industry to industry.Based on the conclusion,this paper provides suggestions about enhancing export technological sophistication in the Bohai Rim.
