摘要
本文基于中国深圳交易所296家制造业企业2015—2017年3年间共888个数据研究客户集中度对库存效率的影响。对于库存效率,本文采用存货、存货周转率以及库存持有率来表示。控制变量采用了销售增长率等8个指标。在实证过程中,本文对样本进行了回归分析,结果表明对于全样本和盈利企业来说,客户集中度对存货有显著的负向影响,对于存货周转率有正向影响,对于库存持有率有微弱负向影响;对于主板和创业板企业来说,客户集中度对存货和库存持有率都有负向影响,而对于存货周转率有正向影响;在亏损企业中,客户集中度对存货和库存持有率都有微弱正向影响,对于存货周转率有负向影响。本文研究对于制造业企业进行库存管理时有一定的现实意义。
Based on888 data collected from296 manufacturing enterprises in Shenzhen during2015 to2017,this paper studies the impact of customer concentration on inventory efficiency.Inventory,inventory turnover and inventory carry rate are used to express inventory efficiency.The control variables adopted 8 indicators including sales growth rate.Regression analysis is used in this paper to work on the samples,and the result shows that to the whole sample and the profit enterprise,the customer concentration has a significant negative influence on the inventory,apositive influence on the inventory turnover and a slightly negative impact on inventory carry rate.To the mainboard and the GEM,the customer concentration has a negative effect on both inventory and inventory carry rate,but has a positive effect on inventory turnover.And to the loss-making enterprises,the customer concentration ratio has a negative impact on both inventory and inventory carry rate.This paper has practical significance for manufacturing enterprises to carry out inventory management.
