摘要
本文研究的是在知识管理背景下的图书馆商业模式,以揭示知识管理对提高图书馆数字资源绩效的作用,以及"知识管理——图书馆数字资源读者响应能力——绩效"这一具有中介效应的关系链条,以期认证知识管理下的图书馆数字资源与绩效的内在相关性,并帮助深化知识管理对图书馆数字资源动态复杂性的理解及路径的构建,以系统的视角和方法提升知识管理中的数字资源对绩效正向促进作用,优化图书馆商业模式。
This paper is to study the Library business model based on Knowledge Management aiming at revealing the importance of knowledge management towards improving the performance of library digital resources.In order to verify the intrinsic correlation between library digital resources and performance,this paper also shows the "knowledge management-readers'responsiveness-performance"chain which plays a mediating role.It helps deepen the understanding of dynamic complexity and the construction of path between knowledge management and library digital resources in order to play apositive role in promoting performance based on systematic views and methods and optimizing the business model of the library.
