摘要
目的:超声测量的下腔静脉(IVC)直径用于预测容量状态已经数十年了,但缺乏关于中国健康小儿身体特征对IVC直径影响的研究数据。方法:自2015年9月至12月,我们研究纳入200名1-13岁健康的小儿,使用2D超声检测IVC最大直径。结果:研究发现,年龄、身高、体重、体表面积和IVC直径呈正相关。多元线性回归模型,提示年龄是女孩IVC直径的唯一独立变量,而身高是男孩IVC直径的唯一独立变量。结论:小儿IVC直径受身体特征显著影响,临床医师在使用IVC直径指导液体管理时,应该考虑到此影响因素。
Objective:Ultrasound measured inferior vena cava(IVC)have been used to predict volume status for decades,yet the study focusing on the impact of individual characteristics on IVC diameters in Chinese children is still lacking. The aim of present study was to explore the impact of individual characteristics on IVC diameter in healthy Chinese children. Methods:From September to December in 2015,200 healthy children aged from 1 to 13-year-old were enrolled. IVC maximum diameters were measured under 2 D US. Results:Age(years),height(cm),weight(kg),and BSA(m2)were positively corelated with IVC diameter. Multivariate linear regression shown that age(years)was the only independently variable for IVC diameter(mm)in female children,height(cm)was the only dependent variable for IVC diameter(mm)in male children. Conclusions:The IVC diameter was significantly influenced by age in boys and by height in girls,therefore,clinicians should take account into the impact of individual characteristics when IVC diameters were used to guild fluid management in children.
