摘要
目的对无症状高尿酸血症患者进行针对性饮食干预,分析其对患者血尿酸、血脂的影响。方法选取2017年1—12月上海中医药大学附属曙光医院收治的无症状高尿酸患者100例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理干预措施,观察组在给予常规护理干预措施的基础上进行针对性饮食干预,干预后对两组患者干预效果进行观察比较。结果在血尿酸(SUA)、总胆固醇(TC)和三酰甘油(TG)水平方面,两组患者干预后水平均较干预前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者干预后SUA、TC和TG水平均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在血常规指标及肝肾功能指标方面,两组患者干预后与干预前比较均无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对无症状高尿酸血症患者进行针对性饮食干预能够使血尿酸、血脂水平明显改善,且具有较好的临床安全性,值得临床上广泛应用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of dietary intervention on the serum uric acid and blood lipid in patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia. METHODS 100 patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing interventions. The observation group was given on the basis of routine nursing interventions,targeted dietary interventions were performed. After intervention, the intervention effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. RESULTS The levels of serum uric acid(SUA), total cholesterol(TC), and triglyceride(TG) levels were significantly lower in the two groups after intervention than before the intervention(P〈0.05); compared with the control group, the levels of SUA,TC, and TG in the observation group were significantly lower after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). In terms of blood routine indexes and liver and kidney function indicators, there was no significant change between the two groups of patients after intervention and before the intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P〉0.05). CONCLUSION Targeted dietary intervention in patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia could significantly improve blood uric acid and blood lipid levels, and had good clinical safety. It was worthy of extensive clinical application.
