语言康复训练配合健康教育在脑卒中后语言障碍患者康复护理中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究语言康复训练配合健康教育在脑卒中后语言障碍患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月定西市人民医院收治的82例脑卒中后语言障碍患者,采用随机字母表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规健康教育护理方式,观察组采用语言康复训练配合健康教育护理方式,比较两组患者的言语功能评分、焦虑抑郁评分、生活质量以及对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者的口语表达、听力理解、阅读能力和书写能力评分均显著高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑评分(SAS)和抑郁评分(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者物质功能、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能以及总评分均显著低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中后语言障碍患者康复护理中应用语言康复训练配合健康教育的护理方式可改善患者语言表达以及理解力,并缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,积极配合护理工作,提高生活质量,形成良好的护患关系,具有临床进一步推广应用的价值。 OBJECTIVE To explore the application of language rehabilitation training and health education in rehabilitation nursing of patients with language disorders after stroke. METHODS 82 patients with post-stroke language disorders in target hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random alphabet method, the control group were adopted the routine health education nursing mode, the observation group were adopted the language rehabilitation training and the health education nursing mode, the verbal function score, the anxiety and depression scores, the quality of life and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The scores of oral expression, listening comprehension, reading ability and writing ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); the scores of anxiety score(SAS) and depression score(SDS) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); the scores of physical function, physical function, social function, psychological function and total score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.05%), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Language rehabilitation training combined with health education in rehabilitation nursing of patients with language disorders after stroke can improve patient's language expression and comprehension, and alleviate the patient's anxiety, depression and other bad mood, and make the patients actively cooperate with nursing work, improve their quality of life, form a good relationship between nurses and patients, which had the value of further popularization and application.
