摘要
目的探讨原发性骨质疏松症患者康复治疗中采用J-18B型电脑中频治疗仪治疗的效果。方法选取上海市黄浦区老年护理医院住院治疗的155例患者,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组(78例)与观察组(77例)。对照组采用碳酸钙D_3片口服;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上应用J-18B型电脑中频治疗仪治疗。分别于治疗前后检测患者生化指标(降钙素、血清骨钙素-OC、甲状旁腺素-PTH和碱性磷酸酶-ALP),测定患者腰椎和髋部骨密度,评价两组治疗前后疼痛程度,采用骨质疏松症生活质量量表评价两组患者生活质量。结果两组患者治疗后降钙素、血清骨钙素和碱性磷酸酶较治疗前明显升高,甲状旁腺素明显下降,观察组各生化指标水平甲状旁腺素下降程度优于对照组,其他指标升高程度优于对照组;两组患者腰椎L_1~L_4骨密度、髋部骨密度较治疗前明显提高,观察组升高程度较对照组明显。观察组治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组,且两组治疗后VAS评分低于治疗前。观察组患者治疗后各项生活质量维度评分明显高于对照组。结论应用J-18B型电脑中频治疗仪治疗原发性骨质疏松症患者效果显著,有利于提高患者生活质量。
OBJECTIVE To explore the treatment of primary osteoporosis patients with J-18B computer mid-frequency treatment instrument. METHODS 155 patients selected for hospitalization in the hospital were grouped into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods, which were 78 cases and 77 cases respectively. The control group was treated with calcium carbonate D_3 tablets orally; the observation group was treated with J-18B on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Type computer mid-frequency treatment instrument treatment. Biochemical markers(calcitonin, serum osteocalcin-OC, parathyroid hormone-PTH, alkaline phosphatase-ALP) were measured before and after treatment, and bone mineral density was measured at the lumbar spine and hip in the patients. Before and after the treatment, the osteoporosis quality of life scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups of patients. RESULTS After treatment, calcitonin, serum osteocalcin, and alkaline phosphatase were significantly higher in the two groups than before treatment. Parathyroid hormone was significantly decreased. Parathyroid hormone levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The increase in the index was better than that in the control group. The BMD of the lumbar spine L_1~L_4 and the BMD of the hip in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment, but the increase in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group. The VAS score in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the VAS score after treatment in both groups was lower than before treatment. The scores of quality of life dimensions in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group. CONCLUSION The use of J-18B computer mid-frequency treatment instrument for the treatment of primary osteoporosis patients has significant effect, which was conducive to improving their quality of life.
