基于神经传导束成像的立体定向治疗在基底节区脑出血中的应用

Stereotactic stereotactic therapy based on nerve conductive beam Imaging in treatment of Intracerebral hemorrhage

目的研究基于神经传导束成像的立体定向治疗在基底节区脑出血治疗中的应用。方法将2016年3月～2017年9月在我院确诊的70例基底节区脑出血患者按照随机数字表达法分为内镜微创手术治疗组(对照组)和立体定向治疗组(观察组),每组各35例。观察记录手术24小时后血肿的清除率,治疗3周后患者的SSS(斯坎德纳威亚卒中量表评分)评分,手术的并发症情况。结果观察组患者治疗后血肿清除率为80.67%±5.41%,对照组为71.38%±4.73%;观察组术后SSS评分为35.21±6.54分,对照组为28.65±5.10分;观察组出现偏瘫和再出血的病例数分别为0例和4例,对照组为2例和9例(三组数据结果差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05)。结论基于神经传导束成像的立体定向治疗可有效清除基底节区脑出血后的血肿块,改善患者预后,可在临床中推广使用。

Objective To study the application of stereotactic therapy based on nerve conduction beam imaging in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia.Methods Seventy patients with ICH diagnosed in our hospital from March 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into minimally invasive endoscopic surgery group（control group）and stereotactic group（observation group Group）,35 cases in each group.The clearance rate of hematoma 24 hours after surgery was recorded.The patients＇ SSS（Scandinavian Stroke Scale score）score and the complication of surgery after 3 weeks of treatment were observed.Results The hematoma clearance rate was 80.67% ±5.41%in the observation group and 71.38% ±4.73%in the control group.The postoperative SSS score was 35.21±6.54 in the observation group and 28.65±5.10 in the control group.The observation group had hemiplegia And the number of rebleeding cases were 0 cases and 4 cases,respectively.The control group was 2 cases and 9 cases（the differences between the three groups of data were statistically significant,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Stereotactic therapy based on nerve conduction beam imaging can effectively remove the hematoma after ICH and improve the prognosis of patients.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
