硬质神经内镜辅助治疗分隔型慢性硬膜下血肿15例治疗体会

Treatment of neuroendoscopic for 15 cases of septated chronic subdural hematoma

目的总结硬质神经内镜治疗分隔型慢性硬膜下血肿的治疗经验。方法使用硬质神经内镜辅助行手术治疗15例分隔型硬膜下血肿,术中在神经内镜引导下去除血肿内侧膜及分隔膜,彻底冲洗血肿腔。结果15例患者均痊愈出院,临床症状改善明显,随访6～12个月,均无血肿复发。结论硬质神经内镜手术治疗分隔型慢性硬膜下血肿手术并发症少,复发率低,疗效满意。

Objective Summarize the experience of hard neuroendoscopy for treating septated chronic subdural hematoma（CSDH）.Methods 15 cases of septated CSDH treated by hard neuroendoscopy,remove the medial membrane and the diaphragm of hematoma by the guidance of neuroendoscopy and rinse the hematoma thoroughly.Results All patients improved in clinic manifestation.No cases relapsed during 6 ～12 months follow-up period.Conclusion Hard neuroendoscopy has satisfactory effects and low recurrent rate in treating septated CSDH.
