内质网应激-线粒体凋亡通路在糖尿病牙周病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病性牙周病(DPD)是由高血糖或糖耐受量降低等因素作用导致机体抵抗力下降而出现的牙周支持组织破坏的一种口腔疾病,是糖尿病常见并发症之一,严重危害人类健康。目前研究已证实内质网应激、线粒体凋亡通路介导了牙周疾病的发生与发展,然而其发病机制还不清楚。内质网应激、线粒体凋亡信号通路是否直接参与糖尿病牙周病疾病进展,相关研究甚少。基于此,本文综述了牙周膜干细胞、内质网应激、线粒体凋亡通路等方面在糖尿病牙周病中的作用及相关机制的研究进展。 Diabetic periodontal disease(DPD) is a kind of oral disease caused by hyperglycemia or reduced glucose tolerance, which leads to the decrease of body resistance and the destruction of periodontal supporting tissue. It is one of the common complications of diabetes, which seriously endangers human health. At present, the research has confirmed that the endoplasmic reticulum stress, mitochondrial apoptotic pathways mediate the occurrence and development of periodontal disease, however, its pathogenesis is not clear. There are few studies on whether the signaling pathways of endoplasmic reticulum stress and mitochondrial apoptosis are directly involved in the progression of diabetic periodontal disease. This paper reviews the effects and related research progress of periodontal membrane stem cells, endoplasmic reticulum stress and mitochondrial apoptosis pathways in diabetic periodontal disease.
