综合医院建设康复医学科与康复治疗科双核模式的思考与实践

我国人民日益增长的康复需求对现有的康复服务提出了更高的要求。良好的康复服务模式可以帮助医院提高康复服务能力。通过参考国际现有的康复服务模式,结合我国康复学科的发展趋势,在综合医院建立康复医学科和康复治疗科并行的双核服务模式是值得思考的方案之一。实践证明,双核模式是提高综合医院康复服务能力,发挥综合医院康复服务优势的有效可行的方法。

The people＇s ever-growing needs for rehabilitation puts forward higher requirements on the existing service capability of rehabilitation, and a good rehabilitation service model can help improve the service capability. By referring to the international rehabilitation service model and combining with the trend of the development of rehabilitation in China, we propose the idea of establishing the dual-core model with department of rehabilitation medicine and department of rehabilitation therapy in comprehensive hospital. It has been proved by practice that the dual-core model is an effective and feasible method to improve the rehabilitation service ability in comprehensive hospital and gives full play to the advantages of comprehensive hospital in rehabilitation services.
