第444例胸闷头晕-低脉氧-高铁血红蛋白

摘要 病历摘要 患者女,76岁,因冠状动脉支架植人后12年,胸闷、头晕1年,晕厥2次于2017年10月11日入住浙江大学医学院附属第一医院。患者12年前因冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病而行冠状动脉支架植入(具体不详),规律服用单硝酸异山梨酯和阿司匹林。
