摘要
结合实际生产,总结了铝合金电子机箱真空钎焊过程中钎焊接头设计、钎焊前零件表面处理、钎料的选择预置以及钎焊工艺路线等因素的设计原则,分析了各类钎焊缺陷产生的原因以及不同类型的钎焊缺陷的补救措施,为后续生产提供借鉴。
The design principles of brazing joint design, surface treatment of parts before brazing, selection and presetting of brazing filler metal and brazing process route are summarized combining with the actual production of vacuum brazing of aluminum alloy electronic chassis. The reasons of all kinds of brazing defects and the remedial measures of different types of brazing defects are analyzed in order to provide references for the subsequent production.
