电梯平衡系数图形相关规律探讨

摘要 探讨了电梯变频器输出端即电机端的平衡系数图形的一些基本特点,这对于正确绘制和正确鉴别电梯电机端的平衡系数图有很大帮助作用。绘制平衡系数曲线图常用的方式是在40%~50%额定荷载或附近区域取数据,而这种取数据的方式很难发现平衡系数图形的一些规律,而本文中探讨的基本图形是从0%~100%的额定载荷全范围内取数据,这种全范围内取的数据能发现平衡系数图形的一些规律,而且这些规律在对称减小的区域内通常也是适用的。 Some basic characteristics of the balance coefficient graphics measuring the current at the elevator inverter output are discussed.lt has a great help for the correct plotting and correctly identify the balance coefficient at elevator motor end. The commonly used way for drawing balance coefficient curve is to take data in the 40% to 50% rated load or nearby area, and this method is very difficult to find some rules of balance coefficient figure. The basic figure in this article is to take the data from the full range of the 0% to 100% rated load. As obtaining the data from the whole range, some regularity of balance coefficient figure can be found. And these regulars are usually applicable in the symmetrical reduction area.
