摘要 航路利用率是衡量区域管制空域使用情况的重要指标,短时利用率评估是对空域使用实施技术调整和监控的重要手段。针对航路而不是宏观全空域进行利用率计算,首次根据空域系统运行情况,从高度层角度出发,结合容量同时考虑时间空间的限制,建立航路利用率计算模型。在短时航路利用率的方面有了突破,量化了利用率值,不只是利用评估方法得到利用率等级值。首先建立时间片内单一高度层利用率计算模型,综合各个高度层的利用率得到航路利用率,其次考虑利用率的时变性,综合各个时间片的利用率得到航路短时利用率计算模型。最后通过算例分析得到某一区域管制中心航路短时利用率值及9:00~10:00时间段内利用率的变化情况。 The route utilization rate is an important index to measure the use of area control airspace. The short-time utilization rate assessment is an important means to adjust and monitor the technology in airspace use. For the utilization rate of a single route rather than the whole space,the calculation model of utilization rate was established from the perspective of flight level. According to the operation of airspace system,which took the capacity,the time and space constraints in consideration. A breakthrough had been made in the short-term utilization rate,quantifying the utilization rate,not just using the evaluation method to get the level value of utilization rate. Firstly,the calculation model of utilization rate of single flight level in time slice was established. And then the route utilization rate was obtained by integrating the utilization rate of each flight level. Secondly,considering the utilization rate was time-varying,the route short-time utilization rate model was obtained by synthesizing the utilization rate of each time slice. Finally,taking an area control center as an example,its route short-time utilization rate value and variation of the utilization rate from 9: 00 to 10: 00 was obtained.
