枯草芽孢杆菌BS18腐植酸钠型菌粉在猪养殖中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 以腐植酸钠为载体将枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)BS18制成枯草芽孢杆菌BS18腐植酸钠型菌粉,研究日粮中拌料添加(0.2%和0.5%添加量)对猪生长性能的影响。结果表明:不同阶段猪的平均每头日增重比对照显著提高3.65%~9.73%;不同阶段猪的料重比比对照降低2.49%~6.05%,在保育猪阶段呈显著差异;保育猪和小猪的腹泻指数降低,成活率提高;从平均每头日增重和料重比看,保育猪阶段日粮添加0.2%较优,小猪、中猪、育肥猪阶段日粮添加0.5%较优。综上可知,该菌粉在猪不同阶段均可不同程度提高猪生长性能,应用前景广阔。 The sodium humate-type Bacillus subtilis BS18 was made by sodium humate carrier and Bacillus subtilis BS 18 as an additive by 0.2% and 0.5% addition in the diet to study the effects of the growth performance on pigs. The results showed that the average daily gain of pigs in various stages were increased significantly by 3.65% - 9.73% compared with the control, while the ratio of feed reduced by 2.49% - 6.05%, especially for the weaned pigs. The diarrhea index of the weaned pigs and piglets decreased and the survival rate increased. 0.2% addition in diet was favorite for the weaned pigs, so does 0.5% addition for the piglets, middle pigs and fattening pigs. Indicating that the bacterial powder could improve the growth performance of pigs at various stages to some extent, and the application prospect is broad.
