Before the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation （FOCAC）, to be held in early September this year, Chinese President Xi Jinping visited four African countries - Senegal, Rwanda, South Africa and Mauritius. This was Xi＇s fourth tour to Africa after becoming Chinese president in 2013, indicating that China attaches ga＇eat importance to developing China-Africa relations.
