摘要 Before the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), to be held in early September this year, Chinese President Xi Jinping visited four African countries - Senegal, Rwanda, South Africa and Mauritius. This was Xi's fourth tour to Africa after becoming Chinese president in 2013, indicating that China attaches ga'eat importance to developing China-Africa relations. His visit this year covered four sub-regions, West Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa and East Africa, receiving positive responses from the international community.
