仿真技术在承液盘冲压成形优化中的应用

摘要 利用仿真技术分析燃气灶承液盘的冲压成形过程,得出成形后的零件极限成形图、厚度变化图、应变图等仿真结果,并与试验结果对比,确定仿真运算模型的合理性。从结构、厚度、材料等多方面对冲压条件进行优化,使承液盘冲压成形后满足产品工艺需求。 The stamping process of the liquid plate of the gas stove is analyzed by the simulation. The simulation results such as the limit forming map, thickness change chart and strain diagram are obtained, and the rationality of the simulation operation model is determined by comparing with the experimental results. The stamping conditions are optimized from many aspects, such as structure, thickness and material of the plate, so that the forming of the liquid plate can be formed to meet the requirements of the product.
