摘要
房车空调的电机固定卡箍为空调的核心部件之一,由于其安装于车顶,随车颠簸,承受高温高湿环境,在使用过程中容易发生冲击脱落、疲劳断裂和锈蚀损坏,基于此本论文通过ANSYS对冲击应力及过程进行分析,通过振动台对结构强度进行验证,通过盐雾实验对抗锈蚀性能进行验证。分析表明,电机固定卡箍在结构强度和抗锈蚀性能存在一定隐患,需要进行相应改进。
Fixed Clamp is a core components of RV air conditioner, since the RV A/C is installed on top of the RV, vibrated with the viechle, and suffering high temperature and high humidity, the clamp is easily dropped, facture due to fatigue or corrosion during running. This paper is based on analysis of shock stress and process of the clamp through ANSYS, the strength verification of the clamp through vibration test, tests of the corrosion through salt test. The analysis shows hidden problems on the clamp strength and anti-corrosion performance, modification is needed.
