摘要
针对3D-FDM工艺打印中出现的翘曲问题,文章提出了应用于三维打印FDM工艺的防变形恒温控制方法,设计了由红外温度传感器、交流调压模块、加热片和风机模块组成的闭环温度控制系统。通过与热床的加热方式实测对比表明,文章所提出的方法能够良好地控制打印模型的周围空间温度,使模型在成型过程中不易翘曲,避免了因变形产生的模型工艺参数不达标的问题。
An warpage prevention temperature control system applied to three-dimensional printing FDM technology was proposed.According to the basic principle of shrinkage deformation of PLA material used in FDM technology,a closed-loop temperature control device composed of AC voltage regulator module and PTC heating module was designed.Finally,compared with the heating method of the hot bed,it is verified that the method can control the surrounding space temperature of the printing model well,and has good effect on printing large-scale models under low temperature environment.
