论教师情感的教育品性

About the Educational Character of Teacher's Emotion

摘要 教师情感是亟待关注和有待深入研究的丰富多彩世界,存在诸多无奈、困苦甚至迷失现象。教师情感是一种人文性、主体性、发展性、功能性、综合实践性情感,教育品性是其特殊属性;其原因在于教师情感的生化受制于教师主体的教育认知、教育意志、教育行为以及教育环境等多因素的制约,是一个由发生走向发展、由浅表走向深化、由表象触及教师心灵的过程。对教师职业实践及专业发展而言,提升教师的教育价值理性、关照教师情感实践,守护教师情感的教育品性最终是为了构筑美好的教师情感意境。 Teachers ' emotion bears the features of humanism, subjectivity, expansibility, functionality,comprehensiveness,practicality. Educational character has its own special properties including emotion for education,emotion for education knowledge,emotion for education communication,and emotion for education environment. It changes due to teachers' education knowledge,understanding and practice. For the teachers' professional practice and development,we have to work to improve the educational rationality,consider teacher's educational practice,and protect educational character of teacher's emotion,so as to cultivate a fine emotional atmosphere for teachers.
