摘要
从宁夏"西海固"地区中海原、固原、彭阳三个农村县特岗教师师范专业结构八年数据变化图表看,受政治、经济、文化等因素影响,西部农村贫困地区特岗教师中师范专业毕业的小学特岗教师比例由逐步提高到逐步下降,中学特岗教师专业比例出现了明显的非师范专业化倾向。农村贫困地区特岗教师队伍非师范专业化发展趋势严重影响了当下农村教育教学质量。因此,农村贫困地区今后选聘特岗教师时,应优先选用师范专业毕业生,并通过完善教师资格认证制度,提高特岗教师专业化准入标准,加大对特岗教师专业发展上的财政投入,进而实现特岗教师专业结构的改进。
The 8-year changing data graph of the normal major structures of special-post teachers in three rural countries in Xihaigu region in Ningxia shows that the ratio of elementary special-post teachers of normal college graduates is gradual declining after aperiod of increase and that more and more non-normal graduates tend to become special-post teachers in middle-schools. This phenomenon is caused by factors such as politics,economy and culture and has seriously affected the quality of teaching in those areas. Therefore,the recruitment of special-post teachers should give preference to normal graduates and those who have passed the national teachers' certification exam. Meantime, the admittance criterion should be raised and financial support should be enhanced.
