医患医学字母词使用情况调查研究

An Investigation into the Use of Medical Letter Words Among Doctors and Patients

本文以《现代汉语词典》(第7版)所收录的29个西文字母开头的医学字母词为调查词表,通过问卷调查的方式,获得病患/陪同人员对医学字母词的熟识度、医生对医学字母词的使用度及病患/陪同人员对医生使用医学字母词的态度的数据。调查结果显示,病患/陪同人员对医学字母词的熟识度较低;医生对医学字母词的使用度较高;医生医学字母词使用度与患者对医生使用医学字母词的态度之间存在较大差异。本调查结果对医生语言选择具有一定的参考价值,对于和谐医患关系的构建具有一定的积极意义。

This article makes a list the 29 medical words beginning with English letters in the Modern Chinese Dictionary（ 7 ^（th） edition）,and conducts a questionnaire survey about patients＇/their accompanying staffs＇ familiarity with medical letter words,doctors＇ use of medical letter words,and patients＇/their accompanying staffs＇ attitude towards doctors＇ use of medical letter words. The results show that patients/accompanying staffs have a low level of familiarity with medical letter words,while doctors have a much higher degree of use in medical letter words. There is a marked difference between doctors＇ use of medical letters and patients＇ attitude towards doctors＇ usage. The findings can serve as references for doctors ＇ language choice and are also conducive to the development of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
