近视性角膜切削术后屈光回退的再次手术疗效

Excimer re treatment for residual myopia after PRK

目的 探讨近视性角膜切削术后屈光回退再次手术 (RPRK )的临床疗效。 方法 回顾总结 6例 12眼随访半年以上的再次手术资料 ,用 t检验方法对 PRK及 RPRK术前术后视力、屈光度等情况进行分析。 结果 PRK和 RPRK术后视力都比术前有非常显著改善 (P<0 .0 1) ;PRK术后屈光度改善非常显著 (P<0 .0 1) ;RPRK术后屈光度改善显著 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 RPRK安全有效 ,但术后屈光回退率仍然较高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of re treatment of photorefractive keratectomy (RPRK) for the residual myopia due to regression or under correction after PRK. Method We have performed RPRK to 6 patients (12 eyes) who presented residual myopia after PRK. T tests were applied in the comparison on the visual acuity, manifest refraction between pre operation and post operation. Results The visual acuities after the PRK and RPRK were markedly improved ( P <0.01), and the myopic refraction significantly decreased after PRK ( P <0.01) and RPRK ( P <0.05) respectively. Conclusion RPRK provided with safe and effective correction for the residual myopia after PRK, though some cases experienced regression to some extent. The results also suggested that the interval time between PRK and RPRK may be one of the key points for the efficacy of re treatment.
