摘要
通过免疫亲和层析净化超高效液相色谱法测定玉米中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇,对测定过程中可能引入的不确定度进行分析和评定。建立不确定度的数学模型,对各分量进行量化和合成,最终建立玉米中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的不确定度分析方法。评定结果表明:影响检测结果不确定度的因素主要是标准曲线拟合、标准系列工作液配制和测量重复性等;玉米中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量为1 426μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为158μg/kg(k=2)。
The possible uncertainties in the determination of deoxynivalenol in corn by immunoaffinity column and ultra performance liquid chromatography were analyzed and evaluated. Each uncertainty component was quantizedandsynthesized by establishing a mathematical model, finally a method for the evaluation of uncertainty in immunoaffinity column and ultra performance liquid chromatography determination of deoxynivalenol in corn was developed. The results showed that the curve fitting, preparation of standard solution and measurement repeatability were the main sources of uncertainty, and the expanded uncertainty was 158 μg/kg (k = 2), and the residue of deoxynivalenol in corn was 1 426μg/kg.
