摘要
为解决原有矫直模式单独依靠钢板厚度来判断的问题,在现有各缺陷矫直模型的基础上,根据实际生产特点进一步对厚度和变辊原则进行优化。结合屈服强度对厚度进行细化,将矫直模式的判断量(钢板期望塑性变形率)由原设计的3降为2,优化冷矫直机九/五矫直模式,改变了以前固定的矫直模式,实现了矫直模式的动态调整。使矫直模式根据钢板强度和厚度的变化来确定,缺陷钢板经过矫直后板形良好,完全满足标准要求。
In order to solve the problem of the original straightening mode depending on the thickness of the steel plate alone,on the basis of the existing models with various defects in straightening,the principle of the thickness and variable roller was further optimized according to the actual production characteristics.The thickness was refined by the yield strength,the maximum plastic deformation rate of the straightening mode was reduced from 3 to 2,the straightening mode with 9/5 roller mode of the cold straightening machine was optimized,the fixed straightening mode was changed and the dynamic regulation of the straightening mode was realized,which was determined by the strength and thickness of steel plate.The defect plate turned into good flatness after straightening and completely met the standard.
