“双师型”教师的定位与培养问题辨析 被引量:77

An Analysis of Dural Qualified Teachers' Orientation and Training

摘要 "双师型"教师是我国职教领域的特有概念,应该限定在实践性较强的专业领域,而不宜泛化。其技能结构应体现服务于"教"的宗旨,而不应与一般技师等同。其企业实践也应与学生实习有别,而具有广泛性、灵活性及多样化,应从以职后培训为主转向着力创建职前培养体制。改进教师资格和聘用制度,加强引进有实践技能的人才,可尝试建立教师"双元制"的用人机制,推进职教师资队伍整体化建设。"从单到双"是需要的过程,而"由双归一"当是最终的归宿。 "Dural qualified teachers"is a peculiar concept to the field of China vocational education,which should be qualified in the professional field with more practicalness,but not be generalized. Teachers' skill structure should serve for the aim of teaching,but not be epual to the ordinary technicians. Their practice in enterprises should also be different from that of students,which should be extensive,flexible and diversified,and it ought to turn to creat a pre-job training system from in-service training predominantly. To improve teachers' qualification and employment and strengthen the introduction of talents with practical skills,the employment mechanism of "dual system"can be attempted to promote overall construction of teaching staff in vocational education.
