探析洛铂联合5氟脲密啶和多柔比星在肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌中的疗效

The efficacy of luoplatin combined with 5 fluoruredidine and doxorubicin in the treatment of primary liver cancer by hepatic arterial chemoembolization

目的探讨洛铂联合5氟脲密啶和多柔比星在肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗原发性肝癌中的疗效。方法收集我院接受肝动脉化疗栓塞术的原发性肝癌患者,按数字数字表法分为研究组及对照组,研究组采取洛铂肝动脉化疗栓塞术,对照组采取顺铂肝动脉化疗栓塞术。对比两组基础临床资料;两组治疗前治疗1月肝脏指标;两组治疗疗效;两组肝动脉化疗栓塞术后不良反应。结果两组基础临床资料(Child-pugh分级、肝硬化类型、KPS评分及AFP)比较无差异(P>0.05);两组治疗前肝脏指标ALT、AST、TBiL、ALB比较无明显差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后肝脏指标ALT、AST、TBiL、ALB比较有明显差异(P<0.05);两组治疗疗效比较有明显差异(P<0.05);研究组术后出现1例恶心、1例呕吐及1例坏死吸收热;对照组为3例恶心、5例呕吐及4例坏死吸收热,两组间比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗肝癌疗效肯定,洛铂为第3代铂类抗肿瘤药物,毒性较顺铂更少,疗效更为显著。

Objective to investigate the efficacy of loplatin combined with 5-fluorouracil and doxorubicin in the treatment of primary liver cancer（HCC） by arterial chemoembolization（TACE）. Methods We collected the patients with primary liver cancer（PHC） who received transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE） in our hospital. The study group was divided into two groups according to digital digital table. The study group was treated with loplatin hepatic artery chemoembolization, the control group was treated with cisplatin hepatic artery chemoembolization, and the basic clinical data were compared between the two groups. Two groups before treatment January liver index; Two groups of curative effect; ResultsThe basic clinical data（Child-pugh grade, cirrhosis type） of the two groups were as follows： the adverse reaction after hepatic arterial chemoembolization. There was no significant difference in ALT, AST, TBiL and ALB between the two groups（P0.05）. There were no significant differences in ALT,AST, TBiL and ALB between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions The therapeutic effect of embolization in the treatment of liver cancer is affirmative. Luoplatin is the third generation of platinum antitumor drugs, and the toxicity is less than that of cisplatin, and the curative effect is more significant.
