品管圈活动在降低可收费耗材漏收费发生率中的应用

目的探讨品管圈活动在降低可收费耗材漏收费发生率中的应用。方法 2107年2月~2017年10月我院手术室进行"钱景圈"品管圈活动小组,将"降低手术可收费耗材漏收费的发生率"作为活动主题,查找出现漏收费的3种主要耗材,分析导致漏收费发生的因素,制定相应的措施,实施并持续改进。结果实施品管圈活动后可收费耗材漏收费的发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);此次品管圈活动极大地激发了圈员的工作热情,提高了圈员发现、分析问题、解决问题的能力。结论品管圈活动可以提高圈员的工作质量和综合能力,有利于科室规章制度的完善,使护理工作有流程可循,降低可收费耗材漏收费的发生率。

Objective Exploring the application of quality control circle activities in reducing the rate of chargeable consumables leakage. Methods Our hospital surgical department for financial circle quality management circle activity group in February 2017 October 2017, will ＂reduce the incidence rate of surgery can charge material leakage＂ as the theme of the event, to find the leakage on charges of three main consumables, analyse the factors that lead to leakage fee to formulate corresponding measures, implementation and continuous improvement.
