循证护理在降低老年住院患者跌倒发生率中的作用

The role of evidence-based nursing in reducing the incidence of fall in elderly hospitalized patients

目的探讨分析循证护理在降低老年住院患者跌倒发生率中的作用。方法选取我院收治的老年住院患者130例,将其按照随机数字法分为两组,均为65例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上加入循证护理干预,统计对比两组患者的护理效果以及对护理的满意度。结果护理干预过程中,观察组患者的护理配合率和自我保护率较对照组高,跌倒发生率较对照组低,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05);护理干预完成后,观察组患者的护理总满意度为96.9%,较对照组的89.2%高,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论针对老年住院患者应用循证护理干预,可以有效提高患者的护理配合率和自我保护率,降低跌倒发生率,提升护理满意度,护理效果更加安全有效,值得推广和应用。
