摘要
心理所有权已经成为当前研究的热点之一,众多学者研究了心理所有权与工作绩效的关系,但研究结果却并不一致。论文经筛选,对符合元分析标准的33项心理所有权与工作绩效的相关研究进行分析,对2002至2017年间有关心理所有权与工作绩效关系的实证研究进行定量综合研究。研究结果表明:(1)心理所有权与员工工作绩效呈显著正相关关系,相关系数r=0.335;(2)心理所有权量表、文献数据发表年份和不同国别企业文化对心理所有权和工作绩效的关系具有显著调节作用;(3)工作绩效量表对心理所有权与工作绩效的关系不具有显著调节作用。
Based on 33 effect sizes obtained from Chinese and foreign effective literatures, this paper uses the method of Meta-analysis to do a Comprehensive research quantitatively on the empirical research papers between 2001 and 2016 about the relationship between psychological ownership and performance. The analysis on which shows that:(1)Psychological ownership and job performance have significant positive correlation, r=0. 335;(2) The measuring tool of psychological ownership, year of literatures date published and the enterprise culture from different countries can moderate the relationship between psychological ownership and job performance;(3) Job performance scale has no significant moderate effect on the relationship between psychology ownership and job performance.
