6月29日，最高人民法院第一国际商事法庭和第二国际商事法庭分别在深圳和西安揭牌。这是涉外商事审判发展史乃至人民司法事业发展史上具有重要意义的一件大事，标志着最高人民法院涉外商事审判建设掀开了新的一页。标志着人民法院服务保障“一带一路”建设进入新的阶段。
On June 29, the First and the Second International Commercial Tribunals of Supreme People＇s Court have been inaugurated respectively in Shenzhen and Xi＇an. The inauguration is of importance both in the development history of judging of foreign-related commercial disputes and of the people＇s judicial cause, beginning a new phase in the judging of foreign-related commercial disputes by the Supreme People＇s Court and in the service for ＂Belt ＆ Road＂ provided by people＇s courts.
