摘要
由中国法学会组织撰写的《中国法治建设年度报告（2017）》日前正式发布，报告包括依法行政、司法体制改革、知识产权保护等12个部分。这是我国连续第10年发布关于中国法治建设的年度报告。报告全文共约4．3万字，系统、全面地反映了2017年我国社会主义法治建设实践成就。
The Annual Report on Promoting the Rule of Law in China （2017） written by China Law Society was published recently, which consists of 12 parts including administration by law, reform of judicial system and intellectual property protection. It is the annual report on promoting the rule of law in China published for the tenth consecutive year.
