摘要
为探索苔藓植物用于岩石覆绿的可能性,对南京地区苔藓植物进行了初步调查,观察其生长环境及其生长状况,拍照并采集后逐一鉴定。调查内容包括生长的基质状况、接受光照时间、湿度状况等。调查共发现苔藓植物49种,其中24种为优势种,分属于丛藓科、真藓科、羽藓科、提灯藓科和青藓科。最为常见的为尖叶青藓和狭叶小羽藓,其次为扭口藓、真藓和鳞叶藓。根据其生长耐旱性能、基质状况、生长茂盛程度和室内水分胁迫等试验结果多方面综合分析,认为柔叶真藓、狭叶麻羽藓、狭叶小羽藓、宽叶美喙藓、尖叶青藓和深绿绢藓有很强的耐旱性能,是在南京地区适用于岩石覆绿的耐干旱品种。
In order to explore the possibility of bryophyte species for green-covered rocks,the bryophytes in Nanjing were investigated preliminarily. The growth environment and status of bryophytes were observed,and the photographs were taken and identified one by one. The survey included the substrate,light,humidity,and so on. A total of 49 species of bryophytes were found,of which 24 species were dominant species,belonging to Pottiaceae、Bryaceae、Thuidiaceae、Mniaceae and Brachytheciaceae.The most common species were Brachythecium coreanum and Haplocladium angustifolium,which followed by Barbula unguiculata,Bryum argenteum,and Taxiphyllum taxirameum. The comprehensive analysis for the drought resistance,the substrate condition,the growth situation and the water stress indoor test showed that Bryum cellulare、Claopodium aciculum、Haplocladium angustifolium、Eurhynchium hians、Brachythecium coreanum and Entodon luridus were drought-resistant species suitable for green-covered rock in Nanjing.
