摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定谷维素片中γ-谷维素的含量。方法:用基准乙醇超声对样品进行前处理,以氨基柱为分析柱,基准乙醇为流动相,流速为0.6 m L·min^(-1);检测波长为327 nm。结果:γ-谷维素平均加样回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.3(n=9),0.10~1.0μg范围内,进样量与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=7)。结论:本法专属性强,操作安全简便,结果准确可靠。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of γ-oryzanol in Oryzanol Tablets. Methods: The sample was pretreated with reference ethanol by ultrasonic method. The test was performed in amino column with reference ethanol as the mobile phase. The flow rate of 0. 6 m L·min^-1,and the detection wavelength of327 nm. Results: The average spiked recovery of γ-oryzanol was 100. 0% with RSD = 0. 3( n = 9). There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume and peak area in the range of 0. 10-1. 0 μg,( r = 0. 999 9,n = 7). Conclusion: This established method is highly specific,safe and simple with good accuracy and reliability.
