稀土离子掺杂硼硅酸盐玻璃上转换发光性能研究

摘要 采用高温固相法分别合成了单掺铕、铕铒共掺、铕镱铒共掺以及铒钬共掺的硼硅酸盐玻璃,研究了掺杂离子的掺杂浓度对荧光强度的影响,并详细分析了不同离子掺杂的硼硅酸盐玻璃的上转换发光机理.在泵浦波长为978nm时,硼硅酸盐玻璃呈现橙红色光(590nm,Eu^(3+)的5 D0→7F1跃迁),红色光(610nm,Eu^(3+)的5 D0→7F1跃迁;695nm,Eu^(3+)的5 D0→7F4跃迁),绿色光(552nm,Ho^(3+)的5S2→5I8及Er^(3+)的4S3/2→4I15/2跃迁).研究表明:Er^(3+)作为激活剂,Eu^(3+)与Er^(3+)之间存在能量传递,Yb^(3+)做了敏化剂,增加了Er^(3+)的上转换发光效率,Ho^(3+)与Er^(3+)之间存在着能量传递. In this paper,RE doped borosilicate glasses were prepared by high-temperature melting,including Eu^(3+)doped,Eu^(3+)/Er^(3+),Er^(3+)/Yb^(3+)and Er^(3+)/Ho^(3+)co-doped samples.The influence of the doping concentration of ions on the fluorescence intensity was studied and the up-conversion luminescence mechanism of different ion doped borosilicate glass phosphors was analyzed in detail.The phosphor exhibits orange red light at 590 nm(Eu^(3+),5 D0→7 F1 transition),red light at 610 nm(Eu^(3+),5 D0→7 F1 transition)and695 nm(Eu^(3+),5 D0→7 F4 transition),green light at 552 nm(Ho^(3+),5 S2→5 I8 and Er^(3+),4 S3/2 →4 I15/2 transition)under 978 nm,respectively.This research shows that Er^(3+)acts as activator,and there is energy transfer between Eu^(3+)and Er^(3+),the Yb^(3+)ion is used as sensitizer,and the up-conversion luminescence efficiency of Er^(3+)is increased.There is energy transfer between Ho^(3+)and Er^(3+).
