摘要 目的比较自酸蚀粘结剂三种不同涂布方式对乳牙牙本质微拉伸强度的影响。方法选取30颗离体乳磨牙,分为两组,Adper^(Tm)Easy One粘接剂组(A组)和Xeno V粘接剂组(B组),每组再分为三个亚组,涂布1次,静置15 s,轻吹5 s,固化(Ⅰ组);涂布1次后,再次蘸粘结剂涂布第2次,静置15 s,轻吹5 s(Ⅱ组),固化;涂布1次,静置15 s,涂布第2次,静置15 s,轻吹5 s,固化(Ⅲ组)。暴露牙本质,用Z350树脂充填,制备成横截面积为1.0 mm2的微拉伸试件,进行微拉伸强度测试,试件断裂面的形态在透射电镜下观察。结果本实验中,AⅡ组测得的微拉伸强度最大,与其他组比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。连续涂布2次获得微拉伸强度比其他两种方式获得微拉伸强度高,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。扫描电镜下观察,断裂类型大部分呈牙本质-树脂界面破坏和混合破坏。结论该实验中,乳牙进行树脂充填时,Adper^(TM)Easy One连续涂布2次再一次固化的涂布方式产生的粘接强度好,可在临床推广。 Objective To compare the effects of three different coating methods of self etching binder on the microtensile strength of the dentin dentin. Methods 30 primary molars were divided into two groups( AEO group and XV adhesive adhesive group),each group according to different coating methods were divided into 3 subgroups( 6 groups). Dentin was exposed and filled with Z350 resin,then prepared for the cross-sectional area of 1.0 mm2 micro tensile specimen. Micro tensile strength was tested and specimen fracture surface morphology was observed through the transmission electron microscope. Results In this experiment,the micro tensile strength of group B was the largest,and compared with other groups,there was statistical significance( P〈0.05). The micro tensile strength obtained by continuous coating for two times was higher than that of the other two methods,and was statistically significant( P 0.05).Under scanning electron microscope,most of the fracture types demonstrated dentin-resin interface failure and mixed destruction. Conclusion In this experiment,when the deciduous teeth are filled with resin,AdperTMEasy One is continuously coated for two times,the cured coating method has good adhesive strength,which can be popularized in clinical practice.
