童年期心理虐待忽视与中学生抑郁的关系

The Relationship Between Childhood Psychological Abuse Neglect and Middle School Students' Depression

目的:探讨初中生童年期心理虐待与忽视和抑郁之间的关系。方法:采用儿童心理虐待与忽视量表和zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)对927名初一初二学生进行问卷调查。结果表明:初中生的心理虐待与忽视在性别、年级方面具有显著差异,且抑郁无性别、年级方面的显著差异。结论:初中生心理虐待与忽视和抑郁之间呈显著的正相关,且抑郁可以解释童年期心理虐待与忽视的13.1%。此外,研究最后还从家长、学校和初中生自身的三个角度提出了几点对策以及建议。

Object：To explore the relationship between psychological abuse and neglect and despondent in junior school students.Methods： Adopting Child Psychological abuse and neglect Scale（CPANS）and zung＇s self-rating depression scale（SDS）to have a questionaire survey to 927 of the seventh and eighth grade students. Results： Psychological abuse and neglect of junior school students have significant difference in gender and grade and there was no significant difference between gender and grade in despondent.Conclusion：The psychological abuse and neglect of junior high school students are positively correlated with despondent.Therefore,the despondent can explain 13.1%of psychological abuse and neglect in childhood.Finally,several strategies and suggestions are proposed from parents,school and junior school students.
