摘要
目的:探讨初中生童年期心理虐待与忽视和抑郁之间的关系。方法:采用儿童心理虐待与忽视量表和zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)对927名初一初二学生进行问卷调查。结果表明:初中生的心理虐待与忽视在性别、年级方面具有显著差异,且抑郁无性别、年级方面的显著差异。结论:初中生心理虐待与忽视和抑郁之间呈显著的正相关,且抑郁可以解释童年期心理虐待与忽视的13.1%。此外,研究最后还从家长、学校和初中生自身的三个角度提出了几点对策以及建议。
Object:To explore the relationship between psychological abuse and neglect and despondent in junior school students.Methods: Adopting Child Psychological abuse and neglect Scale(CPANS)and zung's self-rating depression scale(SDS)to have a questionaire survey to 927 of the seventh and eighth grade students. Results: Psychological abuse and neglect of junior school students have significant difference in gender and grade and there was no significant difference between gender and grade in despondent.Conclusion:The psychological abuse and neglect of junior high school students are positively correlated with despondent.Therefore,the despondent can explain 13.1%of psychological abuse and neglect in childhood.Finally,several strategies and suggestions are proposed from parents,school and junior school students.
