摘要 需求调研是整个教师培训工作的根本和前提,现阶段我国教师培训的需求调研已成体系,但仍存在很多问题。本文旨在分析教师培训需求调研的现状,致力完善传统调研的形式,并努力探索新模式、新方法,适应新时代教师培训的新方向,加速传统教师培训工作向服务化的转型。 The current teacher training in China is basically in the "teaching by needs" as the main content of training, training plan setting, training plan implementation in addition to the basic strategy of the implementation of the CPC Central Committee, is to solve the teachers encountered in the practical problems in the teaching practice for the purpose.However, there are still many problems in the traditional mode of demand research. Some teachers are decoupling from training institutions. Some demand research is also formality. The subjective factors of training institutions decide the training curriculum development. The purpose of this paper is to explore the new mode and new method of the research on the training work of teachers in the new era, and to accelerate the transformation of the traditional teacher training to the service.
