摘要
对不同教龄、年龄、婚姻状况以及职称的高校园与教办园当中青年教师在管理体制、工作自身、工作报酬、工作环境、幼儿家长以及晋升进修六个影响因素方面的满意度进行调查对比。最后根据研究结果从体制、幼儿园与教师自身三个方面提出提升工作满意度的措施。
Regarding different teaching years, ages, marital status and professional title of high school and teaching as young and middle-aged teachers in the management system, work itself, work remuneration, working environment,The satisfaction of parents and six influencing factors of promotion and further education were investigated and compared. Finally, measures to improve job satisfaction are put forward from three aspects: system, kindergarten and teachers themselves.
