摘要
从我国目前高职院校的教学效果来看,其情况不容乐观。究其原因一部分是高职院校的整体师资力量并不是很强,另一方面高职院校的生源并不是很理想。所以本文从分析微课的特点、高职院校的整体教学方式特点以及学生在学习方面的特点三方面,阐述微课在高职院校教学方式改革中实际运用的优势和劣势,希望可以对高职院校教学方式改革提供一个方向,同时也希望可以通过改革提高学生的学习兴趣,达到提高整个高校教学质量的目的。
From the perspective of higher vocational colleges in our country at present the teaching effect, the situation is not optimistic. Investigate its reason in higher vocational colleges is a part of the whole faculty is not very rich, on the other hand, students of higher vocational colleges is not very ideal. So this article from the analysis of the characteristics of the micro class, overall teaching characteristics of vocational colleges and students in learning, the characteristics of the three aspects on micro class teaching reform in higher vocational colleges in the actual use of the advantages and disadvantages, hope can the way for higher vocational colleges teaching reform to provide a direction, also hope can improve the students' interest in learning through reform, in order to achieve the purpose of improving the teaching quality in colleges and universities.
