创新驱动战略下众创空间知识产权公共服务能力提升研究——以福建省为例

Study on Improvement of Intellectual Property Public Service Capacity of the Maker Space under Innovation-driven Strategy: Taking Fujian Province as an Example

在分析福建省众创空间知识产权公共服务的现状及存在问题的基础上,认为必须重新整合和完善福建省知识产权公共服务资源,构建综合性知识产权公共服务机制,才能提高众创空间的知识产权公共服务能力。具体包括:构建"三位一体"多元合作机制的知识产权公共服务机制、构建"一站式"知识产权综合服务平台、培育和引进高端知识产权服务人才、构建众创空间知识产权公共服务绩效评估反馈机制。

On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of intellectual property public service of the maker space in Fujian province, it is considered that, it is necessary to reintegrate and perfect the public service resources of intellectual property fights in Fujian province, and construct a comprehensive public service mechanism of intellectual property fights, in order to improve the maker service capacity of intellectual property fights. These include： constructing the public service mechanism of intellectual property fights of the ＂Trinity＂ pluralistic cooperation mechanism, building a ＂one-stop＂ intellectual property integrated service platform, cultivating and introducing high- end intellectual property service talents, constructing the feedback mechanism of public service performance evaluation.
