高分级膀胱癌多药耐受相关蛋白和P糖蛋白表达模式的意义

摘要 为了评价高分级膀胱癌多药耐受相关蛋白( MRP) 表达差异的意义,对47 例初发膀胱移行细胞癌,7 例复发性膀胱癌及7 例正常膀胱粘膜组织标本MRP 表达进行了检测。结果表明,初发膀胱癌中,MRP 总阳性率为40-4 % ,复发性膀胱癌MRP 阳性率为57-1 % ,正常膀胱粘膜也有28-5 % 的表达率。高分级(G3) 膀胱癌较低、中分级(G1 、G2) 膀胱癌MRP 表达阳性率显著降低,结果提示MRP 表达率下降是肿瘤分化不良及恶化的结果。同时发现,MRP 与MDR1 表达之间无明显关系,两种基因不存在共同调节,进一步研究这种差异的临床意义是很有必要的。 Guo Heqing,Li Xianchu,Su shiping,et al. The multidrug resistance associated protein(MRP) expression were determind using immunohisto chemistry in specimens of patients with primary bladder cancer and in 7 recurrent bladder cancer specimens and in 7 normal bladder mucosa as control.The MRP positive rotesin primary bladder cancer were 40.4%,and in recurrent bladder cancer were 57.1%.The MRP expression positive rates in a greater proportion of high grade(Gs) bladder cancer are significantly reduced compared with low and moderate grade(G 1,G 2) bladder cancer.Results indiacate that MRP expression positive frequently become reduced as a consequence of tumour progression to advanced,poorly differetiated disease.No correlation was apparent between MRP and MDR1 expression,thus providing no evidence to suggest common regulation of the two genes.Further studies to establish the clincal significance of this discrepancy are required.
