Routing Optimization of China-Europe Intermodal Transport Considering Environmental Cost

摘要 运输活动对全球环境的影响是受到广泛关注的问题,如今我国至欧洲海、陆、空三大通道均呈良好畅通的发展态势,中国和欧洲与日俱增的贸易往来和运输无疑是不可忽视的一部分。本文讨论"一带一路"倡议背景下中欧运输通道构建的多式联运网络,研究了航空运输、水路运输和陆面运输排放的气体污染物CO_2、NO_x和PM的量化方法,建立了考虑环境成本的路径优化模型,并利用NGSA-Ⅱ算法进行求解。实例结果表明,多式联运有利于降低各类成本尤其是减轻运输产生的环境污染,且该模型可行有效,可以为中欧多式联运路径优化提供有参考性的建议。 The effect of freight transport to global environment is widely concerned, and as China-Europe freight corridors for maritime transport, air transport and surface transport are all well-constructed and smoothly operated, the increasing trade and freight between China and Europe is one of the biggest part. In the context of ‘The Belt and Road' proposal, researches on the intermodal transport network connected by many types of transport corridors from China to Europe was researched in this paper, methods of quantifying CO2, NOx and PM emission from air, maritime and surface transport were studied and an optimal routing model considering environmental cost was built, solved by NGSA-II. It is concluded that using intermodal transport is in favor of reducing the cost, especially for mitigating the air pollution from freight. And the model is effective and efficient that it can provide valuable suggestion during the routing optimization of intermodal transport between China and Europe.
