国外双层动车组运用经验启示

Application Experiences and the Enlightenment of Double-deck EMUs

双层动车组大载客量的特点对缓解部分高速铁路线路能力紧张问题具有很好的作用。本文在分析法国和日本双层动车组技术特点和运用经验的基础上,从客流需求条件、动车组技术条件、动车组舒适性条件等方面分析了双层动车组的运用条件;然后借鉴已有经验提出了我国双层动车组未来研发和运用的建议以及需要关注的问题。建议未来我国双层动车组在技术标准上需要尽量和既有标准动车组尽量保持一致,在目标市场上要根据不同线路客流需求条件有针对性地做出选择。

The characteristics of large passenger capacity of double-deck EMUs play a good role in relieving the problem of high-speed railway line tight capacity. Based on the analysis of the technical characteristics and application experience of double-deck EMUs in France and Japan, this article analyzes the application conditions of double-deck EMUs from the aspects of passenger flow demand conditions, EMU technical conditions, EMU comfort conditions, etc. Then, based on the existing experience, the suggestions for the future RD and application of double-deck EMUs and the issues that need to pay attention in China are proposed. The technical standards need to be as consistent as possible with the standard EMUs, and we must make targeted choices according to the different passenger demand conditions of different lines.
