钢坯缺陷在钢轨轧制过程中的演变规律分析 被引量:3

摘要 在步进式加热炉加热钢坯的过程中,步进梁上垫块结瘤会导致钢坯下表面产生"磕伤",最终在钢轨上形成人工甚至设备难以发现的闭合性缺陷。为此对带缺陷钢坯的轧制过程进行了全轧程有限元模拟仿真,分析了在钢轨轧制过程中缺陷的演变规律,并提出了减少此类缺陷的措施,在生产中取得了较好的效果。 During the billets reheating in walking-beam furnace,the nodule of the cushion block on the walking-beam could cause′bruise′defect on the lower surface of the billet,and eventually form closed defects on the rails that are difficult to find by artificial or even equipment.The rolling process of the billet with defects was simulated during the whole-rolling process.The evolution of defects in the rolling process was analyzed.Measures to reduce such defects were proposed and good results were achieved in production.
