概述了10年来冶金企业钢卷运输技术的发展,介绍了超级电容器及其在公交行业的应用,详细说明了首台智能化新能源钢卷运输车及其创新点,对比了某工程采用的智能化新能源钢卷运输系统方案和传统的托盘式运输方案,指出了该技术的优点及在其他领域、其他行业的可能应用。该技术符合中国制造2025的要求,为智能重载物流提供了一种可靠的运输手段。
The development of the steel coil transportation technology of metallurgical enterprises in recent 10 years was summarized.The super capacitor and its application in the public transport industry was introduced.The first intelligent new energy coil car and its innovations was described in detail.Two technical proposals of a project that using the new transportation system and the traditional system was compared,and the advantages and the possible applications of this technology in other fields and other industries were pointed out.The technology meets the requirements of 2025 made in China,and provides a reliable transportation solution for intelligent heavy load logistics.
