摘要 本文结合沙坪坝综合交通枢纽改造工程,针对本项目过程信息的特点,提出采用BIM技术与互联网+平台相结合的解决办法,解决项目管理中的信息传递问题,重点阐述了项目过程信息的采集、处理与实时共享,以及本项目实现项目协同管理所取得的成果。本项目借助于BIM技术和基于互联网+技术的BIM5D管理平台,使项目信息在权限范围内实时共享,通过资料及文档协同管理、图纸及变更协同管理、安全质量协同管理以及进度协同管理的具体应用,整合各项施工信息、提高各方沟通效率;通过可视化对比及趋势分析,更好地服务于决策,减少了各项返工造成的浪费;安全质量问题大为降低,同时为企业同类项目的协同管理提供参考与借鉴。 Based on the reconstruction project ot 5hapingba comprehensive transport hub, the paper put lorward the soluhon of combining BIM technology with Internet + platform according to the features of the course information in this project, for the purpose of solving the information transferring problems in project management. This paper elaborated the collection, processing and real-time sharing of the course information, as well as the results gotten from collaborative management of this project. With the help of BIM technology and the BIM5D management platform based on Interuet + technology, the project information could be shared in real time within the scope of authority. Through the application of cooperative management in the aspects of data and documents, drawings and changes, safety and quality, as well as the progress, the construction information was integrated and the communication efficiency of all parties could be improved. After visual comparison and trend analysis, it was better to serve the decision-making and cut down the waste of all rework. The problem of safety and quality was also greatly reduced. Meanwhile, it could be provided as reference for the collaborative management of similar projects in enterprises.
